taksim metro station friendly staff clean rooms
the hotel was near the taksim metro station and istiklal street. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the rooms were clean. i also liked the gym at the hotel.

central location is the best
central location friendly staff
the location near taksim square was convenient. i appreciated being close to shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helped with directions. the room was clean, and the view was okay.
The hotel felt dated. the elevators were slow, and there was some noise at night. It was hard to fall asleep right away.

the hotel features functional elevators but they move slowly! it also has a small business center on the ground floor available for printing and document preparation.

The hotel is close to taksim square. This offers easy access to public transportation and many dining options! nearby, there is also a currency exchange, which i used twice.

The staff were friendly and answered questions i had regarding public transport, but language barriers did occur sometimes. they were also helpful in calling a taxi when needed. I found that very convenient.

the hotel breakfast included a variety of breads, cheeses, and olives. fresh fruit options were available! the breakfast area got busy at times, but the staff kept it clean.

old blanket unsuitable shampoo
My stay met some issues. I found old blanket in the bedroom. I did not recognize if one liquid in the bathroom was for hair or for body. Clear labeling must happen. I also found the hair shampoo to be unsuitable for my hair. I think the lighting was uncomfortable.
